







Alexandra Elle is a brilliant author and poet based in Washington DC. She believes in affirmative self-talk and she thinks we should all be our own biggest cheerleader - even on those sucky days that make no sense. So, recently she started to do just that by writing down little reminders/affirmations to herself on a piece of paper and sharing them in her feed in hopes to inspire others and shift the focus… I love them!
